Dr. Ted Roberts came to the Lord as a Marine fighter pilot during the Vietnam War. He was called to the Pastoral ministry after his return to the United States. He entered Seminary, completing his Masters at Asbury Theological Seminary and his Doctorate at Western Conservative Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in a multiplicity of ministries, from chairman of the theology department at a Bible College, Staff Pastor, Director of a Counseling Ministry, Senior Pastor of East Hill Foursquare Church for 22 years and his present position as President and co-founder of Pure Desire Ministries International in Gresham, Oregon. He is a certified Sexual Addiction Therapist.  He is the author of Failing Forward and For Men Only: The Courageous Fight For Healthy Sexuality, Pure Desire, Living Life Boldlly, Sexy Christians which he co-authored with his wife Diane and his newest released Top Gun.  Dr. Roberts and his wife Diane travel across the globe to lead conferences designed to promote sexual healing and wholeness.

Ted and his wife, Diane, who serves as co-founder of Pure Desire Ministries have two grown children, and 4 grandchildren.
